There are several shops selling woollens and winter wear. The famous showrooms are Monte Carlo, Indian Terrain, Lee, Classic Emporium, Himalayan Weavers, etc.

There are many big and small bakeries and restaurants serving delicious pastries, momos, Chinese food, Punjabi Cuisine, South Indian Cuisine, etc. The most famous eateries are Narula’s, The Golden Arch Restaurant, Royal Café, Udipi, etc.

Tourists can visit the Company Garden which has a garden filled with lovely plants and flowers. You can reach Gun Hill by cable car. The name Gun hill came since many years back a canon was sounded every day on top of that hill.

There are some spots where you can have a picnic like Kempty Falls, Lake Mist, Municipal Garden and Mussoorie Lake. Or you can take a nature walk on Camel’s Back Road. You can also visit Dhanaulti, another picturesque hill station which is 32 km away.
