Cancellation of Booking
If you want to cancel the booking please inform us in writing. The cancellation charges will be applicable depending upon the cancelled services. All the hotels and airlines have their own cancellation policies and cancellation will be done according to that.
When a cancellation is made for a package tour, the cancellation will be applicable as follows (per person)
Clear 30 working days or more prior to the date of departure of the Tour: INR 2000/- + GST 18% ( INR 2360 per person ) will be charged
Clear 29 to 16 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 3000/- per person + 18% GST ( INR 3540 per person) will be charged
Less than 15 clear working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour. No payment will be refunded
When a cancellation is made for a vehicle booking, the cancellation will be applicable as follows:
Clear 30 working days or more prior to the date of departure of the Tour: Rs 1000/-
Clear 29 to 16 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: Rs 2000/-
Less than 15 clear working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour. No payment will be refunded
When a cancellation is made for Hotel booking, the cancellation will be applicable as follows:
Clear 30 working days or more prior to the date of departure of the Tour: No charges
Clear 29 to 16 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: Rs 1000/-
Less than 15 clear working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour. No payment will be refunded
