We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, package itineraries, prices, hotel availability, vehicle availability, offers, inclusions, and exclusions may be updated from time to time due to changes by service providers or operational requirements.
Any updates to our packages, hotel rates, vehicle rates, or other travel information will be reflected on the website as soon as practicable. The terms and prices applicable to a confirmed booking will be communicated to the customer at the time of booking and will be subject to the agreed booking terms and conditions.
We always prefer to receive the enquiries through email. Once we receive the enquiry we provide you with the itinerary, cost and other details. Once we receive the confirmation of the tour from the guest we request you to transfer the booking amount in any of our bank accounts.

We strive to operate all tours according to the published itinerary. However, in certain circumstances, changes may become necessary due to factors beyond our reasonable control, such as weather conditions, road closures, natural events, government regulations, political situations, or cancellations/rescheduling of flights, trains, or other transport services.
If any changes are required before the tour starts, we will inform guests as soon as reasonably possible through email, phone, or other available communication channels. If changes become necessary during the tour, we will make every effort to notify guests promptly and provide suitable alternatives whenever possible. If changes to the tour itinerary result in a reduction in the cost of the tour, we will review the revised itinerary and provide a refund or fare adjustment, as applicable, in accordance with our booking and cancellation policy.
Our team will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and maintain the quality of the travel experience. Any applicable refunds, credits, or additional charges resulting from such changes will be handled in accordance with our booking, cancellation, and refund policies.
We make hotel bookings on behalf of our customers. We have tied up with many hotels throughout our operational area. Although we always keep updated rates on our website, there are always chances that the rates may go up. Sometimes hotels hike up the rates during long weekends and during festive seasons. It is better that you confirm the rates over the mail before making an online payment. We do not guarantee to book the rooms on the same floor/adjacent rooms/ non-smoking rooms in any hotel. We keep the right to change the pre-booked hotel/ category of rooms anytime during the tour due to overbooking of a hotel, electricity/water failure, blocking of the sewage, etc. However If a lower room category is provided than the category confirmed at the time of booking, a refund or fare adjustment may be offered based on the difference in room category and our applicable booking policies.
Check-in/ Check-out times may differ from city to city. It is advisable to check these timings before making the booking. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to the availability of the rooms and chargeable. Every individual hotel has different policies for accommodating children and for extra beds.
We book vehicles for our customers. Our aim is to provide suitable vehicles and travel services based on customer requirements and availability.There are some costs which are beyond our control like diesel/petrol prices, toll and taxes, interstate taxes etc The rates displayed on our website can be changed at any time without any notice due to change in above stated reasons.
We keep the right to change the pre-booked vehicle to a similar category of vehicle in case of non-availability of the booked vehicle. If the confirmed vehicle is unavailable due to operational or technical reasons, we may arrange an alternate vehicle of a similar category, subject to availability. If a vehicle of a lower category is provided, a refund or fare adjustment may be offered based on the difference in vehicle category and our applicable booking policies.
We offer both air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned vehicles for our tours. While we make every effort to ensure that all vehicles are in good working condition before the start of the journey, unforeseen technical issues may occasionally occur during the tour. In such situations, we will make reasonable efforts to provide assistance or arrange an alternative solution, subject to availability and operational feasibility.
If you wish to amend/change the booking, you have to inform us in writing.
Amendment in any booking will be treated as a new booking and is subject to the availability at that time and will cost additional. This additional cost will be borne by you. There will also be an amendment charge of Rs.1000/-per person applicable.
The balance payment has to be made before the start of the trip. However, the company can ask you to clear the balance payment any time before 15 days from the date of departure of the tour.
We reserve the right to amend the prices offered for the tour and to adjust our charges due to various factors like fuel price rise, hike in any government taxes before the date of departure. All such increases in price must be paid for in full before your departure.
This contract will be governed by the Indian law. The customer agrees that in the event of a dispute or difference between the parties the exclusive jurisdiction shall vest in the competent court/forum/tribunal in Rishikesh only.
