Regarding the content

Although we keep the updated content on our website we reserve the right to change the content at any time without notice. We can amend the package itineraries, offers, price, inclusions and exclusions or any relevant content at any time. We can add or delete or amend the displayed packages, hotel rates, and vehicle rates at any time.

Procedure of the booking

We always prefer to receive the enquiries through email. Once we receive the enquiry we provide you with the itinerary, cost and other details. Once we receive the confirmation of the tour from the guest we request you to transfer the booking amount in any of our bank accounts.

Tour Itinerary

We reserve the right to change, alter, modify or amend the itinerary of the tour at any time. We will notify you such changes in advance through mail or over the phone. In case such changes occur during the tour we will inform you the changes over the phone or the best communication method available at that point in time. Those changes may be required due to the reasons beyond our control like weather problems, political unrest, and cancellations of trains, flights, etc… We will make our best efforts to keep the plan unchanged. However, we will not be liable to pay any compensation or any refund due to such changes.

Hotel Bookings

We make hotel bookings on behalf of our customers. We have tied up with many hotels throughout our operational area. Although we always keep updated rates on our website, there are always chances that the rates may go up. Sometimes hotels hike up the rates during long weekends and during festive seasons. It is better that you confirm the rates over the mail before making an online payment. We do not guarantee the quality of the room, amenities or meals as it is displayed in photos on hotel websites. We do not guarantee to book the rooms on the same floor/adjacent rooms/ non-smoking rooms in any hotel. We keep the right to change the pre-booked hotel/ category of rooms anytime during the tour due to overbooking of a hotel, electricity/water failure, blocking of the sewage, etc.

Check-in/ Check-out times may differ from city to city. It is advisable to check these timings before making the booking. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to the availability of the rooms and chargeable. Every individual hotel has different policies for accommodating children and for extra beds.

Vehicle Bookings

We book vehicles for our customers. Our aim is to provide the best available vehicle and best services to our esteemed clients. There are some costs which are beyond our control like diesel/petrol prices, toll and taxes, interstate taxes, vehicle maintenance cost, etc The rates displayed on our website can be changed at any time without any notice.

We keep the right to change the pre-booked vehicle to a similar category of vehicle in case of non-availability of the booked vehicle.

We book air-conditioned as well as non-air-conditioned vehicles. We are not responsible if the air conditioner stops working due to technical fault at any time during the tour. We will not be liable to give any refund or change the vehicle in between the trip.

Helicopter Booking

We provide helicopter services for Kedarnath ji. Please note that every helicopter company has a different set of rules and regulations regarding the weight restrictions of each person. Hence, the guests are requested to please check the updated rules of the individual companies, with whom the ticket is booked. All aviation companies have strict reporting times at the helipads. It is advisable to reach well before the departure time. These companies do not provide any time slots to the passengers and they provide the seats on first come first serve basis.

We shall not be responsible for delay/ cancellation of the flight due to any reason. Refund will be given only after we get the refund amount from the aviation. The process of refund takes time and varies from company to company.

Amendments

If you wish to amend/change the booking, you have to inform us in writing.

Amendment in any booking will be treated as a new booking and is subject to the availability at that time and will cost additional. This additional cost will be borne by you. There will also be an amendment charge of Rs.1500/- applicable.

Cancellation of Booking

If you want to cancel the booking please inform us in writing. The cancellation charges will be applicable depending upon the cancelled services. All the hotels and airlines have their own cancellation policies and cancellation will be done according to that.

When a cancellation is made for a package tour, the cancellation will be applicable as follows (per person)

Clear 30 working days or more prior to the date of departure of the Tour or for non-payment of the balance Tour Cost within the stipulated time frame: 25%

Clear 29 to 16 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 50% of the tour cost

Less than 15 clear working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour.100% of Tour Cost

Balance Payment

The balance payment has to be made before the start of the trip. However, the company can ask you to clear the balance payment any time before 30 days from the date of departure of the tour.

We reserve the right to amend the prices offered for the tour and to adjust our charges due to various factors like currency fluctuations, fuel price rise, travel arrangements, special / high season charge levied by the suppliers, hike in any government taxes or visa amounts or for any other reason before the date of departure. All such increases in price must be paid for in full before your departure.

No refund for unutilized services

Please note that there will be no refund or compensation provided for unutilized services. If you fail to avail any services what so ever the reason the company will not provide any refund or any other services as the compensation of unutilized services.

Law and Jurisdiction

This contract will be governed by the Indian law. The customer agrees that in the event of a dispute or difference between the parties the exclusive jurisdiction shall vest in the competent court/forum/tribunal in Rishikesh only.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

On behalf of the persons booked, I / We have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions, Itinerary, and Pricing, a copy of each of which has been furnished to me/us. I / We being duly authorized by the said persons do hereby agree and accept the same for self and on behalf of the said persons.
